EXTENDAM has partnered with DG Invest to establish the future ibis Budget Albasanz, aimed at fulfilling the surging demand for affordable accommodation in the MADBIT business area of Madrid. The hotel will feature 101 rooms and is strategically located between the city center and the airport in a rapidly transforming neighborhood.
The future hotel will be situated in the heart of the Julián Camarillo business park, which was previously an industrial and residential area. This project is an integral part of the urban transformation and revitalization initiative, MADBIT, launched by the Madrid authorities in 2017.
