ARMATURY Group is a prominent valve manufacturer based in Dolní Benešov, Czech Republic. The company plays a crucial role in the gas pipeline, power, and metallurgical sectors, employing approximately 550 individuals across its extensive 75,000 square meter facility. With a revenue of around €60 million, ARMATURY Group exports approximately 80% of its products to a diverse clientele in over 60 countries.
This acquisition marks a significant milestone for DevCo Partners as it represents their first expansion outside of Finland and the inaugural add-on acquisition for their existing portfolio company, Vexve Oy.
