This facility spans 75,000 square feet and boasts an annual extrusion capacity of over 40 million pounds. The existing workforce at the plant is expected to transition to D6, ensuring a seamless continuation of operations.

This acquisition is pivotal for D6 as it aligns with their vision to develop a domestic circular infrastructure for food-grade packaging solutions. The Richmond plant is strategically positioned to process a significant portion of the clean wash flake (CWF) from D6's Omni Recycling Center situated in Longview, Texas.
