The company recently announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding to acquire Quadrante Investimentos, a wealth management firm previously part of Reag, now known as Arandu Partners. This acquisition is expected to finalize within 60 days, pending the signing of definitive contracts.
With an annual credit operation volume exceeding R$ 10 billion through FIDC, CVPAR aims to enhance its asset management, increasing its total managed assets to R$ 7 billion with this acquisition. Claudio Vale, the founder of CVPAR, expressed that this move will enable the firm to enter the wealth management space, fulfilling a long-held desire and introducing high-quality professionals to the company from an independent organization with over 20 years of market trust.
