CubIKS GmbH (“CubIKS”) is a joint venture platform established by Cube Infrastructure Fund III in collaboration with The Dillinger Group, specializing in the development, engineering, procurement, and operation of renewable energy plants. As of January 7, 2026, Cube Infrastructure Managers (“Cube IM”) has successfully closed €150 million in co-investment commitments, raising total equity commitments to €325 million. This platform marks Cube’s 13th investment and focuses on accumulating a diversified portfolio of solar photovoltaic (solar PV) power plants throughout Germany and Northern Italy.
With a target capacity of 1 GW of solar PV assets over the next five years, CubIKS aims to enhance its offerings by incorporating co-located battery energy storage systems (BESS) whenever feasible, particularly in Germany. The initiative represents a strategic approach to the energy transition, capitalizing on the growing demand for sustainable energy solutions.
