The Savoyard Group CÎMEHÔTEL, established in 2017, operates four hotels in the Alps and has successfully raised €15.5 million from its historical shareholders Bpifrance through its France Investissement Tourisme 3 fund, as well as from new private investors. This funding aims to finance the opening of a new PopAlp hotel in La Plagne this season and to acquire the Aiguille Percée and Arbina hotels in Tignes by 2027. The PopAlp brand, created by CÎMEHÔTEL in 2021, specializes in developing friendly accommodation and dining spaces located in exceptional settings within the most beautiful alpine resorts, right at the foot of the slopes, with a unique and stylish touch.
CÎMEHÔTEL's portfolio currently includes a total of 280 keys and reported revenues exceeding €9 million for the last season, with expectations of reaching €14 million for the 2025-26 season. The group owns all the real estate associated with its establishments. By 2026, under the leadership of Frédéric Peltier, CÎMEHÔTEL aims to manage seven properties, including three under the PopAlp brand and four-star establishments across various locations in the Alps.
