Caverion Denmark has entered into an agreement to acquire the service operations in Denmark from GK Danmark A/S through an asset deal. This deal also encompasses a share purchase agreement for Vagns VVS A/S, a subsidiary of GK Danmark A/S. The combined operations boast annual revenues approximating SEK 353 million and consist of 184 employees, thereby substantially enhancing Caverion's service delivery capabilities throughout Denmark.
