Catella Investment Management GmbH (CIM), based in Berlin, has successfully acquired a residential complex situated in Fürstenfeldbruck, a city located just outside Munich. This acquisition was executed in collaboration with its KVG platform, Catella Real Estate AG (CREAG), on behalf of the open-ended public real estate AIF Catella European Residential (CER).
The acquired property comprises three U-shaped apartment buildings constructed in 1960, featuring nearly 3,400 square meters of living space across 52 residential units. Additionally, plans are set to construct a new building containing 14 residential units, contributing approximately 1,200 square meters of living space to the property. Once completed, the residential complex will offer a total of 66 apartments accompanied by 62 parking spaces.
