CareHub, operating through its holding company Brexia Med srl, has successfully completed three new acquisitions, expanding its portfolio to a total of six companies and ten specialist centers across the regions of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Abruzzo, Umbria, and Toscana. Notably, CareHub has entered the Abruzzo region by acquiring 91% of Centro Diagnostico Moscardi srl, a leading imaging diagnostics provider in the L’Aquila area, and 100% of Diagnostica Moderna srl, based in Vasto. Additionally, CareHub has strengthened its presence in Umbria with the acquisition of 70% of Fisiomedical srl, which operates three specialist centers in Perugia, Città di Castello, and Umbertide, focusing on physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
