Target Information
CapMan Real Estate has acquired a logistics development project located in LogPoint South, approximately 20 kilometers south of Jönköping city center, Sweden. This marks CapMan's inaugural venture into greenfield logistics development. The investment has been made in collaboration with Nordsten Development, a logistics operating partner, with the property being sold by Venturi Fastigheter, a Swedish property development firm.
The site encompasses approximately 340,000 square meters, allowing for the development of up to 200,000 square meters of premium logistics space. Its strategic location provides excellent visibility and access to Highway E4, one of Sweden’s principal transport routes. The transaction is contingent upon the zoning plan for the property obtaining legal approval.
