Established in 1978 and situated in Lucca, Fosber specializes in designing high-speed corrugating machines and provides maintenance services, spare parts, and digital monitoring solutions for packaging manufacturers worldwide. The company has an operational presence not only in Italy but also extends to the United States and China.
Fosber's prior ownership by Guangdong Dongfang Precision began with an investment in 2013, culminating in full acquisition in 2017. The planned carve-out from Dongfang is pending regulatory approval and is projected to finalize in 2026.
