The company was originally founded in 1883 by Albert Kiener’s ancestors, who laid the groundwork for its current operations. Albert Kiener will retain a minority stake in Kunststoff Schwanden, alongside CEO André Bermann and CFO Martin Züger, who will also purchase shares, along with plans for additional managerial participation.
