The company has successfully secured contracts with notable wind farm owners and operators, including Vattenfall and Siemens. Under the leadership of CEO Niels Peter Kjeldahl, KN Helicopters plans to maintain its operational management following the recent transaction.
The company currently operates a fleet that includes three Airbus H135s and one Airbus H145, enhancing its capacity to support offshore wind operations.
