Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Finvi SLG specializes in court case management, collections workflow, and integrated electronic payments software, servicing over 700 state and local jurisdictions. The company's robust information exchange architecture is designed to seamlessly integrate with various case management systems, thereby enhancing accuracy, communication, and overall service delivery.
This acquisition is expected to significantly boost Avenu's capabilities in payment processing and revenue recovery, ultimately enabling the company to serve its customers more effectively. Notably, Arlington Capital Partners, which currently holds Avenu as a portfolio company, previously acquired Finvi SLG's assets through its former portfolio company, Ontario Systems, in 2016 and 2018. Arlington successfully divested these assets in 2019.
