Arkema has announced its intention to acquire DBEW Holding, commonly known as Den Braven. This strategic acquisition is currently subject to legal review and consultation with the Arkema workers council in the Netherlands, in addition to clearance from antitrust authorities in relevant jurisdictions. The transaction is anticipated to close by the end of 2016.
