On June 25, 2024, Arca Fondi S.G.R. S.p.A., through its fund Arca Space Capital, finalized the acquisition of five companies: Valtenna S.r.l., Bulgarelli Production S.r.l., D’Auria Packaging S.p.A., Co.Ri Sacchettificio S.r.l., and Brand Label S.r.l. This acquisition took place through the newly established holding company, Mosaiq Group S.p.A. Mosaiq aims to position itself as a vertically integrated operator offering sustainable packaging solutions for leading fashion and luxury brands.

The acquisition was completed after receiving the necessary regulatory approvals, with Mosaiq Group acquiring 100% of the shares of these five companies. The capital structure of Mosaiq Group comprises 68% held by an investment vehicle controlled by Arca Space Capital, and 32% owned by the entrepreneurs from the acquired companies, who have reinvested in the operation and will remain actively engaged in the management and growth of the group.
