ANTCO. Investment Group AB (publ) has announced its decision to acquire 0.06% of the shares in Dynamic Code AB (publ). The total purchase price for this acquisition amounted to 0.55 million SEK. As per the decision made by the board of ANTCO., and under the authorization granted by the extraordinary general meeting, the acquisition will be financed through a directed share issue.

The transaction will involve the issuance of 182,270 new B-shares of ANTCO. at a price of 3.02 SEK per share.
