Ancala Partners has acquired a portfolio of telecom tower assets in Ireland through its new platform, TorLoc Towers, aiming to capitalize on the growing telecommunications market in the region.
Information on the Target
PTI's divestment follows the requirements set by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) in relation to its acquisition of Cellnex Telecom’s operations in Ireland, which was finalized in February 2025. The newly formed portfolio serves as a cornerstone investment for Ancala’s recently established tower platform, TorLoc Towers. The platform has inherited existing customer contracts and is dedicated to providing services to mobile network operators (MNOs), emergency services, rural broadband providers, and private enterprise networks.
