Amethis has acquired a minority stake in SIBM, a leading manufacturer of precast concrete products in Côte d'Ivoire. Founded in 1952 in Abidjan, SIBM operates across three primary markets: electrification, road and rail infrastructure, and building construction. The company has significantly contributed to major projects in the country, including the Basilica of Yamoussoukro and the ongoing renovation of the Eastern Road, as well as electrifying hundreds of villages. With eight production sites located strategically near key economic hubs including Abidjan, Yamoussoukro, San Pédro, Bouaké, Korhogo, and the recently established Agnibilékro, SIBM employs 1,200 staff members.
