Aldar Properties has successfully acquired two institutional-grade industrial and logistics facilities from AD Ports Group for a total consideration of AED 570 million. These assets are developed by the Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD) Group and are currently leased to prominent companies, Noon and Emtelle. The facilities represent some of the most advanced logistics assets in the region, contributing to Aldar's strategy to enhance its recurring income portfolio while expanding its footprint in the logistics and industrial sectors across the UAE.
The two newly acquired facilities cover a substantial built-up area of over 136,000 square meters and boast comprehensive connectivity to Khalifa Port, Etihad Rail, and major highways, facilitating efficient distribution for regional and international trade. The Noon facility is recognized as the largest e-commerce fulfillment center in the UAE, while the Emtelle facility specializes in the manufacture of fiber optic ducting and pre-connectorized solutions for the telecommunications industry.
