Ahlsell AB has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire the Finnish operations of the Danish publicly listed company Solar A/S. The Finnish segment generates approximately 200 million SEK in annual revenue and operates across seven locations, employing around 50 staff members.
With this acquisition, Ahlsell aims to integrate additional volumes into its existing electrical business, thereby enhancing its presence and competitiveness in the Finnish market, according to CEO Göran Näsholm.
