IPH and Brammer have joined forces to create a European leader in the distribution of industrial supplies. The acquisition was completed today by Advent International, which had taken Brammer private from the London Stock Exchange earlier this year. The new entity, known as IPH-Brammer, will leverage the combined strengths of both organizations to offer an extensive technical product range supported by an expanded geographic footprint throughout Europe.
With anticipated combined revenues of approximately €2.2 billion and a workforce exceeding 8,000 employees, IPH-Brammer will operate in 23 European countries, with its headquarters located in London. The union of both companies brings together several reputable brands, including Brammer, Minetti, Zitec, and Orexad, enhancing its market presence and customer service capabilities.
