This partnership aims to provide comprehensive logistics and freight forwarding services throughout Tajikistan, leveraging both entities’ capabilities to enhance trade efficiency within the region. The joint venture will initially function as an asset-light freight forwarder, taking charge of managing all logistics activities for AVESTO Group's subsidiaries, as well as catering to external clients.
AVESTO Group operates over 30 significant businesses and manufacturing operations across various sectors in Tajikistan and has established collaborations with eight prominent international joint venture partners. The joint venture agreement specifies that AD Ports Group will retain a 51% majority stake, while AVESTO Group will hold the remaining 49%. This strategic partnership is phased to promote long-term growth and expansion of operations.
