Investcorp, a prominent global alternative investment firm, has announced the completion of a significant minority equity acquisition through its infrastructure platform, Aberdeen Investcorp Infrastructure Partners (AIIP). Their partnership with MAWREF Logistics Solutions (MAWREF) focuses on the Al Fadhili Field House for Real Estate Development Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Fadhili housing complex, located in the Eastern Province, spans over 760,000 square meters and is designed to accommodate approximately 2,750 employees from Saudi Aramco’s Northern Oil & Gas production and operations areas.
This facility not only provides essential housing for the Saudi Aramco workforce but is also developed as a fully integrated microcity featuring various amenities, including dining and recreational areas, a medical center managed by Johns Hopkins University Hospital, a fire station, and advanced cooling systems.
