Willplus Holdings, a company specializing in the import vehicle sales industry, has agreed to acquire a Jeep authorized dealership from Sanyo Automobile, located in Oita City, Japan. This acquisition aims to strengthen its sales and service capabilities in the Kyushu region. The target dealership reported revenues of 337 million yen for the fiscal year ending December 2024. The acquisition price is set at 36 million yen, with the deal scheduled to close on January 30, 2026.

The acquisition will be executed through Willplus Checker Motors, a subsidiary based in Minato, Tokyo. This strategic move marks Willplus Holdings' intent to expand its footprint in the Japanese automotive market, especially within the growing demand for premium vehicles.
