Pollen Street Capital has announced a strategic investment of €75 million aimed at acquiring a portfolio of receivables from Public Sector Entities (PSE) in Italy, currently serviced by Officine CST. This investment represents a significant step in enhancing Pollen Street's presence in the specialized market of public sector finance.
The receivables portfolio will now be managed by Collextion Services (CLX), a servicer and investment platform focused on public sector financial solutions, employing approximately 95 full-time equivalents (FTEs). Under this partnership, CLX will assume servicing responsibilities from Officine CST while retaining the existing leadership team, including the CEO and Deputy, to ensure continuity and expertise in the management of the receivables.
