This property, located directly along the water with picturesque views of the Ruhr meadows, consists of a complex featuring three distinct buildings and an adjoining terrace, with parts of it classified as a historical monument (Haus Müller-Flora).

Under the project name “Flora M.,” PHEROH aims to construct exclusive senior living apartments at this unique Mülheim location. The renovation will incorporate a commercial component that aligns with the overall building and usage concept, such as a high-end restaurant. The architectural design is tasked to the prestigious architecture firm PLASMA from Düsseldorf, focusing on seamlessly integrating the new structures into the riverfront landscape while meeting the high standards of the intended use and maintaining a sense of privacy and spaciousness for the future residents.
