This latest investment, co-led by Frog Capital from London and Bonnier Ventures from Stockholm, follows an earlier funding of €3.5 million received in early 2019 from the Norrsken Foundation. Winningtemp's innovative platform leverages over 600 international scientific studies, utilizing an AI system to provide predictive insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing employee engagement, reducing workplace stress, and improving productivity while minimizing turnover.

With a growing presence in the UK market, Winningtemp counts among its clients notable names such as Global Marine Group, Acorns Children’s Hospice, Xoserve, and Seashell Trust. Currently, the company serves approximately 600 organizations with around 100,000 active users across more than 20 countries, positioning itself for further international expansion with plans to penetrate the United States market.
