Bechtle has acquired Nuovamacut Automazione S.p.A., the largest partner for Dassault Systèmes SOLIDWORKS in the Mediterranean region. Established in 1955 and headquartered in Bologna, Italy, Nuovamacut operates seven additional locations in economically strong areas of Italy, including Milan, Turin, Brescia, Padua, Vado Ligure, Pesaro, and Rome. The company employs 149 staff and recorded a revenue of over 63 million euros in the previous financial year. Nuovamacut is the market leader in Italy, serving approximately 5,000 primarily medium-sized clients in the manufacturing sector.

Nuovamacut is distinguished by its outstanding CPE Platinum certification for its entire Dassault Systèmes portfolio. As the only Italian Tier-1 partner for SOLIDWORKS, it ranks among the top three in Europe and the top ten globally.
