Agilitas, a pan-European mid-market private equity firm, has executed its first investment through the management buyout (MBO) of ISS Damage Control (ISS DC) from ISS Group. Founded in 1983, ISS DC specializes in providing round-the-clock damage control, rebuilding, and emergency response services for fire and flood incidents across various property types in Scandinavia. The company operates from 54 branch offices located in Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
In 2012, ISS DC reported a turnover of DKK 850 million and holds a strong position as the market leader in Norway while ranking second in Denmark. The company is well-regarded for its efficient services in the damage control sector, effectively addressing the needs of commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
