L'Alcazar, founded in 1968 by Jean-Marie Rivière, a future master of ceremonies at Paradis Latin, and Marc Doelnitzky, has established itself as an audacious cabaret, quickly becoming a prominent spot in the Parisian nightlife scene. In 1998, it transformed into a contemporary brasserie under the guidance of British designer Terence Conran and Michel Besmond, winning over patrons with its majestic architecture, including a 12-meter high glass roof, a mezzanine overlooking the hall, an elegant bar, and a private lounge.
