Tricéleris, backed by Teset Capital, has acquired FTTH networks to significantly expand its coverage and strengthen its position in the Spanish telecommunications market.
Target Company Overview
Tricéleris, a fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network operator, has successfully acquired the FTTH network of a local provider in the provinces of Badajoz, Córdoba, and Jaén. This acquisition allows Tricéleris to expand its coverage by incorporating an additional 63,000 homes, marking its entry into these provinces. Furthermore, Tricéleris has also secured FTTH networks from two other operators located in Alicante and Valencia, contributing another 7,500 homes to its growing network. With these recent acquisitions, the company has now integrated the networks of ten local operators across twelve provinces since initiating operations.
In conjunction with its strategic focus on organic growth, Tricéleris has deployed FTTH services to 30,000 homes during the first quarter of the fiscal year 2025, particularly in the provinces of Alicante and Valencia. The company is aiming to reach a total of 120,000 new homes passed as part of its deployment strategy. This achievement represents 25% of its annual target and showcases Tricéleris’s commitment to enhancing its service reach across key Spanish regions, including Andalusia, Canary Islands, Community of Madrid, Valencian Community, Castilla-La Mancha, and La Rioja.
