The company acquired a 65.33% stake in Gima Gıda ve İhtiyaç Maddeleri T.A.Ş. and a 34.95% stake in Endi Tüketim Malları Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. on July 13, 2005. As a part of this acquisition, the company took over 81 stores. On January 24, 2006, the Board of Directors decided to sell the entire stake in Endi to DiaSA Dia Sabancı Supermarkets. The merger process of Gima, which involved the transfer of all assets and liabilities without liquidation, was completed on July 31, 2006.
Subsequently, on January 9, 2009, the company signed a transfer agreement with Pınar Marketçilik Gıda Maddeleri Pazarlama İnşaat Taahhüt Kozmetik Ürünler Otomobilcilik İthalat İhracat Turizm Ticaret ve Sanayi Limited Şirketi, acquiring the rights to operate and manage 12 supermarkets. On July 1, 2010, the company purchased a 99.99% share in İpek Giyim Mağaza Sanayii Ticaret A.Ş. (Alpark), with the merger process completed on January 6, 2011, resulting in the acquisition of 27 Alpark supermarkets.
