The deal, which entails the purchase of 100% of Tra.Ind., is aimed at not only expanding Proterm's offerings but also its geographical footprint. Established in 1993, Tra.Ind. is known for its expertise in induction hardening and nitriding processes for mechanical components, servicing over 400 customers in Northwestern Italy.
Tra.Ind. boasts modern facilities equipped with advanced technology, including a new low-pressure carburizing unit.
