On October 15th, an event took place in Contagem (MG) to celebrate the 35th anniversary of SEMEP, a subsidiary of Priner. This event also marked the formal union between Priner and SEMEP, attended by our CEO, Tulio Cintra. The acquisition concluded on October 16th, with Priner acquiring a 60% stake in SEMEP after fulfilling all pertinent preconditions applicable to the transaction.
