Parcom has successfully completed the acquisition of Vlisco, a prominent designer and producer of distinctive African fabrics. Established in 1846, Vlisco has built a legacy of craftsmanship, celebrated by consumers for its unique designs and high-quality textiles. Currently, Vlisco holds a leading position in West and Central Africa with a portfolio of four major brands: Vlisco, Uniwax, GTP, and Woodin.
