Logistic Force, a specialist HR service provider in the transportation and logistics sectors, has successfully acquired Edco, a Belgian company focused on training and staffing truck drivers. Established 14 years ago by Frank van Langendonck, Edco operates training centers in Genk and Zulte Waregem, providing comprehensive education through its own driving school.
This acquisition offers Logistic Force direct access to the Belgian market, bolstered by Edco's industry expertise. Martin van Dijk, CEO of Logistic Force, expressed enthusiasm about the strategic acquisition, stating, “With the strategic acquisition of Edco, we create a new platform beyond the Dutch market, marking Logistic Force's initial step towards becoming a leading market player in the entire Benelux region.” A growth plan is already in place for the new country director to implement alongside the existing team.
