This acquisition, supported by the BayBG Bayerische Beteiligungsgesellschaft, marks a significant move in LIBERTA's ongoing strategy to strengthen its position as a comprehensive provider in the office segment. Bissinger will join forces with the recently acquired KKS Kemmler Kopier Systeme GmbH to create a formidable entity under the leadership of Group CEO Axel Kemmler. The current management team of Bissinger, Siegfried and Anja Bissinger, will remain involved in the company's operations for the foreseeable future.
Bissinger, established in 1969 by Siegfried Bissinger, specializes in Managed Print Services (MPS) and document management IT solutions. The company operates two locations in Bavaria, with its headquarters in Gundelfingen a.d. Donau and a branch in Ottobrunn near Munich, employing approximately 110 people and serving around 2,500 clients.
