ATV-Technologie specializes in advanced soldering technology, providing exceptional temperature uniformity critical for the development and manufacturing of intricate wafers utilized in various sectors such as electromobility, renewable energy, medical technology, aerospace engineering, and industrial electronics. Despite its significant growth in recent years, particularly in large-scale installations, the company faced severe challenges leading to its insolvency.
At the end of June 2025, ATV-Technologie filed for insolvency under self-administration at the Munich District Court. The firm was represented legally by Stephan Jaeger from Jaeger Rechtsanwälte, who assisted in creating a comprehensive restructuring plan. Furthermore, Dr. Alexander Zarzitzky from anchor Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH was appointed as the preliminary insolvency administrator, confirmed upon the official declaration of insolvency on September 1, 2025.
