KONICA MINOLTA has finalized its acquisition of the SEQUOIA group to enhance its presence and service capabilities in the Grand Est region and on the island of Réunion.

Founded in 2006 by Jean-Michel Guyot in Metz, the SEQUOIA group specializes in the distribution and maintenance of printing equipment tailored for SMEs, professional practices, and local authorities. Under the guidance of its founder, the company has grown significantly through various external growth operations, solidifying its position as a leading player in the Grand Est region and on the island of Réunion. Currently, SEQUOIA employs nearly 180 people and generates an annual revenue of approximately 50 million euros.
The acquisition process, led by ADVISO PARTNERS, involved the purchase of 100% of the shares across several subsidiaries within the group, including SEQUOÏA LOGISTIQUE, EST MULTICOPIE, DYCTAL BUREAUTIQUE, GLOBAL BUREAUTIQUE, A4A3 BUREAUTIQUE, REPRO BUREAU, and ALLIANCE BUREAUTIQUE.
