This acquisition represents Investcorp's strategic approach to expanding its footprint in the UK industrial and logistics market. With this latest purchase, the firm has now acquired a total of 51 properties in the sector, totaling approximately 4.4 million square feet, and has invested around £300 million over the past four years.
