Spanning 332,000 square feet, this facility previously produced a variety of beverages, including Veryfine juices, Arizona iced teas, and Smartwater. With a focus on remarketing the space, the joint venture aims to attract potential buyers who can utilize the existing infrastructure, either with or without the current bottling equipment.
Robert Maroney, President of Gordon Brothers Commercial and Industrial, expressed pride in acquiring the plant, emphasizing its unique features and the intention to collaborate with the Town of Littleton to identify suitable prospects for operation. The facility operates as a turnkey operation, enabling a new bottler to commence production swiftly. Additionally, the plant includes a wastewater treatment facility with an active NPDES permit, accommodating up to 750,000 gallons of wastewater processing per day, modern packaging infrastructure, and ample loading facilities.
