EXTENDAM has announced the acquisition of both the property and business operations of the Vice Versa Hotel, a 4-star independent establishment featuring 37 rooms, located on Rue de la Croix-Nivert in Paris's 15th arrondissement. Opened in 2012, this hotel, originally conceptualized by designer Chantal Thomass around the theme of the seven deadly sins, is set to undergo a complete renovation to align with the latest standards for upscale boutique hotels.
The Vice Versa Hotel is strategically positioned near the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, the largest conference and exhibition center in Europe, attracting over 7.5 million visitors annually for 200 events. The surrounding area is undergoing significant transformation and development, including the construction of Tower Triangle, which will introduce 80,000 square meters of office space and create approximately 5,000 jobs, thereby enhancing the local attractiveness and fostering a new commercial avenue.
