EXTENDAM and Continuum Hospitality Group are collaborating to transform a 93-room independent three-star hotel, located near downtown Santander, into an ibis Styles hotel. Opened in July 2022, this recently built property requires only a minor renovation program to facilitate the rebranding, which will establish it as the first internationally branded hotel in Santander.

The future ibis Styles is strategically positioned in Barrio Pesquero, southwest of Santander's city center, close to the Marquès de Valdecilla University Hospital—the primary medical facility in the region—along with proximity to the industrial port and the airport.
