Originally constructed in the early 2000s, the hotel boasts 107 guest rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a garden terrace, multiple meeting rooms, parking facilities, and a fitness center. A comprehensive renovation is slated to commence in the summer of 2026, leading up to a rebranding of the property set for spring 2027. Plans include the modernization of common areas, guest rooms, and bathrooms, alongside the development of a strong dining concept on the ground floor aimed at energizing the neighborhood and enhancing the hotel's appeal.
