The founding partners, Jan Vardøen and Trond Haug, along with several key employees, will retain a significant minority stake in the company, ensuring continuity in leadership and vision.
This strategic partnership is anticipated to bolster Villa's growth trajectory. With an annual revenue of approximately NOK 150 million, the group encompasses celebrated Italian restaurants like Villa Paradiso and a premium take-away service, Piccolo Paradiso, alongside a food and wine importing business, Villa Import. Villa Paradiso Group has also expanded its offerings with a range of Villa Paradiso branded products and the wine brand Vino Paradiso. Notably, the group is set to launch a new restaurant location in Majorstuen, Oslo, before the Christmas season.
