Catella Investment Management GmbH (CIM) and its KVG platform, Catella Real Estate AG (CREAG), have successfully acquired a new residential building located in the Weitlingkiez neighbourhood of Berlin's Lichtenberg district. This transaction was conducted on behalf of the public real estate alternative investment fund (AIF), Catella European Residential (CER). The seller of the property is OTTO WULFF Projektentwicklung GmbH.
The newly constructed six-storey building consists of 37 apartments, offering a total living space of approximately 3,000 square meters. The apartments, which include two to four rooms, range in size from 55 to 110 square meters. Each unit features private outdoor areas—such as balconies, loggias, or roof terraces—and is equipped with underfloor heating, alongside a fully fitted kitchen. Additionally, the building accommodates an underground parking garage with 21 spaces, as well as 106 bicycle parking spots. The project's completion is anticipated by the end of 2025.
