BaltCap Private Equity Fund II has acquired a 72% stake in Qvalitas Arstikeskus AS, Estonia's leading occupational health care provider, to enhance its strategic growth and synergy with Unimed Group.

BaltCap, a private equity firm based in the Baltic region, has successfully acquired a majority stake in Qvalitas Arstikeskus AS (“Qvalitas”), a leading provider of occupational health care services in Estonia. Under the terms of the agreement, BaltCap Private Equity Fund II (BPEF II) has secured a 72% ownership of Qvalitas, while the remaining 28% is retained by the company's management team. In addition, Erki Mölder, CEO of Unimed Group, has also invested in the holding entity facilitating this acquisition.
Established in 1996, Qvalitas is renowned for delivering high-quality occupational health care services as well as general and specialized medical care across Estonia. The company has forged partnerships with several major Estonian corporations, providing over 60,000 health checks in the past year alone. With the new investment, BaltCap aims to support Qvalitas’s strategic objectives and foster the development of additional business avenues.
