VP Facilities Oy has participated in a significant real estate transaction involving the purchase of all shares of KOy T2 Partners Vaasa Fab by Balder Finland, completed on November 19, 2025. The sellers of this property holding company were Famdell Oy Ab, Kvadraten Ab, and VP Facilities Oy Ab. The company owns a plot and industrial buildings located at Tarhaajantie 2 in Vaasa Airport Park, which are fully leased to Oy Primo Finland Ab.
The real estate encompasses approximately 11,000 square meters of production facilities and offices, constructed in three phases during the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s, primarily for Wärtsilä’s use. The T2 Partners company was established, and the property was acquired from Logicor in 2021. In 2022, significant changes and renovations were undertaken at the site based on Primo Finland’s requirements, involving key members from the entire VP Facilities team, as well as Niclas Lundell from Famdell and Kenneth and Linus Krooks from Kvadraten family group.
