ActPro Holdings, headquartered in Minato City, Tokyo, has successfully acquired 100% of Link Arise Corporation's shares, effective July 1, 2025. Following this acquisition, Link Arise has been rebranded as Yado Plus Corporation.
With this change, Yado Plus will implement a third-party capital increase by ActPro Holdings, resulting in its capital being set at 40 million yen. The company is now positioned to operate primarily in the accommodation business and accommodation management services, enhancing the overall foundation of accommodation-related operations within the ActPro Group.
